Friday March 2, 7:30 pm (8:15 show) at Memorial Hall: LWCF presents “Courageous”! Four men, one calling: To serve and protect. As law enforcement officers, Adam Mitchell, Nathan Hayes, David Thomson, and Shane Fuller are confident and focused. Yet at the end of the day, they face a challenge that none of them are truly prepared to tackle: fatherhood. When tragedy hits home, these men are left wrestling with their hopes, their fears, their faith, and their fathering. Can a newfound urgency help these dads draw closer to God ... and to their children? Protecting the streets is second nature to these men. Raising their children in a God-honoring way? That's courageous.

PRAYER FOCUS

“Prayer is of transcendent importance.  Prayer is the mightiest agent to advance God’s work.  Praying hearts and hands only can do God’s work.  Prayer succeeds when all else fails.”   – E. M. Bounds
“Pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy.” – Luke 21:36

*    Pray for our local schools, teachers, administrators, and all working to teach our children wisdom, morals and skills.   May they take seriously their responsibility to the next generation.
*    Pray for those without steady employment, without shelter and the basic necessities that we take for granted.
*    Pray for an appreciation of all we have, to ‘count our blessings’ daily
*    Pray for all families.
